Storage and access
The website stores enquiries and follow-up records in a private database on a DigitalOcean server. The restricted enquiry workspace is for the authorised site owner. Authorised operators may handle private backups for recovery.
Request limits and technical logs
Cloudflare proxies web requests to the DigitalOcean server. The website limits repeated submissions using a time-windowed counter keyed to a protected digest of the network address. The web proxy may separately log network addresses, paths and timestamps.
Email notifications
When email notifications are enabled, Alibaba Cloud Enterprise Mail processes a copy of the enquiry for the Nutrivelta business inbox. The website receipt confirms that the enquiry was recorded. Email delivery is tracked separately.
Retention and deletion
We retain enquiries, related correspondence and recovery copies according to their purpose. The relevant factors include the status of the enquiry or transaction, recordkeeping requirements and any need to handle a dispute. Technical logs are rotated for service operation and security. We review deletion requests against those requirements and the records available in the live system, mailbox and restricted backups.

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion or limits on use of your personal information.
