Choose the product. Specify the changes.

This route starts with an identified supplier product. We organise the current specification, separate label and pack changes from formula changes, and coordinate the sample and quotation requirements.

// 01 / PRODUCT

Establish the base specification

Identify the listed product, full formula, serving and current configuration. Mark the elements you want to retain and the changes that require supplier review.

  • Supplier product and specification version
  • Per-unit and per-serving information
  • Requested formula or ingredient changes

// 02 / PRESENTATION

Plan the label and packaging

Define your container, fill or count, closure and label requirements. Agree who supplies artwork and who reviews the market-specific wording.

  • Pack and quantity per sale unit
  • Artwork dimensions and approval roles
  • Sample and packaging evaluation scope

// 03 / ORDER

Build a product-specific proposal

Match the supplier quotation to the selected formula, packaging and quantity. Record the sample conditions, documents, milestones and responsibilities.

  • Availability and quoted minimum quantity
  • Sample, quotation and scheduling conditions
  • Specification, artwork and order documents

// BEFORE THE BRIEF

Your questions,
considered.

How do I start with a listed product?

Include the product name or source ID, target market, expected quantity and any changes to the formula or pack. We use those details to request the current supplier specification and define the quotation scope.

How is the minimum order determined?

The supplier quotation sets the minimum for the selected formula, format, packaging and unit of measure. Label-only changes, a different pack and a new formulation can have different order conditions; include the intended configuration in your brief.

How do I request a sample?

Tell us which product or formula you want to evaluate and the questions the sample should answer. Sample type, version, quantity, charges, shipping and evaluation scope are agreed before an arrangement is made.

Which documents can I ask for?

Start with the current product specification, then identify the material, finished-product or batch records needed for your project. We discuss availability with the supplier and retain the named holder, product, facility, methods, date and scope of each record.

Questions for this decision

How is availability checked for a listed product?

Include the product name or source ID and your required quantity and configuration. We request the current supplier proposal, including the formula, availability, minimum and quotation conditions; a catalog entry is a starting point for that discussion.

When should I use a custom-formulation brief instead?

Use the custom route when ingredients, intended amounts, serving or processing need development review. A label or pack request can remain in the private-label route while the base formula is identified.
